Finishing School with performance based stipend
Industry ready skill development program

IITM Pravartak Technologies Foundation in collaboration with Sony India Software Center Private Limited is selecting students for a Finishing School Training Program to impart industry-ready skills in tech skill areas.

Training will be given in select areas such as AI/ML, Cyber Security, and Computer Graphics.

 The total number of students selected will be restricted to 30 only.

 Applicants should have an engineering degree with a minimum 60% aggregate.

 The training is for the students who passed out in 2020-2021, and 2021-22.

 The selection will be based on criteria such as Academic performance, Parental Income, and Entrance exam on aptitude/analytical test followed by an interview.

 Entrance Exam will be conducted at select centers in Tamil Nadu.

 The decision of IITM Pravartak management will be binding.

 Training is free of cost.

 Duration of the training is six months.

 50% of the batch size will get a performance-based stipend.

The top 15 selected students will be paid a stipend of Rs.10,000/- per month for the first two months, which will be renewed for the subsequent months based on the student’s performance. The remaining 15 students will be given FREE training.

All interested candidates should register themselves to get a notification calling for a written test/interview.

The updates will be communicated through email and the same will be posted on the website.

At the end of the program, SONY India Software Centre Private Limited will induct the top 15 performers following their due process. IITM Pravartak will assist the remaining students with placement in other companies by arranging for their interviews through the IITM Pravartak placement cell. These companies MIGHT offer these students jobs based on their performance.

Note: Candidates with any arrears in the final Semester pending for the results will be disqualified.
